All bidders are strongly urged to preview and inspect lots before bidding.
This is a Consignment Lot Auction. filly89 AUCTIONS and and their representatives do not claim any expertise.
All items are Offered and Sold "As Is, Where Is". While we take care to describe and/or photo an item condition, any condition statement is given as a courtesy and is only an opinion and should not be treated as statement or fact; Making NO EXPRESS or IMPLIED WARRANTIES or GUARANTEES.
The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or is completely free from wear & tear, imperfections or effects of aging.
Payment:
Payment is due for your item(s) upon receipt of invoice. All sales are final. We accept Cash, MC, VISA, PayPal credit cards for payment for any winning bidders at all sales. We may require credit card information to bid, and may use it for payment if you are the winning bidder.
Bidding will begin at price set by auctioneer. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw a lot for any reason and to void any sale in the event of an error.
Bidding on an item indicates your understanding and acceptance of the Terms of Sale, including the obligation to pay for purchased items.
Buyer's Premium:
Buyer's Premium is 18%. Cash payments may have a 3% discount.
Sales Tax: MA State Sales Tax 6.25%
Shipping:
Local pickup is available. Pickup Schedule will be posted as available.
filly89 AUCTIONS will do its best to ship all items in a timely manner at the buyers expense.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges. Upon request we will give a shipping price quote, by email; and we gladly combine items for Shipping savings. Most shipments will be made by USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail with shipment tracking, UPS Ground and FedEx to residence only.
Your shipping charges will be shown on your final invoice that will be sent to you at the completion of the auction.
filly89 AUCTIONS is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We make every effort to keep the costs of shipping and handling to a bare minimum.
